What happens during the first appointment?

How fast can you design my garden?

It takes between 2-4 working days to have a full digital design and price for your garden.

Do you offer maintenance plan? 

Yes!. We offer maintenance plan and the price depends on various aspects. Please see the section 'services and plans.'

Do you work on weekends?

We understand that our week working hours might not fit everybody, and so we also work on weekends when needed. 

5.

I no longer want a maintenance plan agreement. What can I do? 

If you decide you no longer want the maintenance and want to cancel the agreement with us, we need a 1 month notice and there is no cancellation fee.

Can I cancel/ reschedule a visit? 

Of course! We need 5 working days notice for any visit cancellations. For anything less than 5 days, we have to keep your deposit. Rescheduling can be done up to 1 day before your visit, free of charge.

Why do you take a deposit? 

When booking a visit, we require a deposit of £35. This is fully refundable and will be subtracted from the total sum after the visit. We take a deposit to ensure all visits are completed.

Do you provide an agreement/ contract?

Yes! For every job we do, there will be a basic contract agreement. This is done for safety reasons and will include all the services we discussed, prices, dates to be completed and other details. 

9.

Which areas do you cover?

We manly cover North and Central London, however we do our best to assist clients across Europe when possible. 

Regardless of what services you'd like, it is a 45 minute consultation to look at the garden/ landscape, and briefly talk about what you'd like, what can be done and how we can meet your expectations. This is also the time to talk about your price range such as budget for you garden, dates and other necessary details. The first appointment is free if charge!
